CAROLINE BENSON

ABOUT

Hi, I'm Caroline, but everyone calls me Carlee. I am an associate producer on an embedded R/GA team at Google where I manage digital projects all across Google.

I am a dancin' globe trotter that currently resides in San Francisco. I was born in Kenya but lived in all parts of the globe ranging from the city of Seoul, South Korea to the small town of Bozeman, Montana. My education has taken me to Washington, Montana, Turkey, Sweden, Turkey, Japan, and New York. I enjoy navigating new cultures and am adaptable to wherever in the world I might find myself.

I am a straddler between the left- and right-brain. I love to brainstorm with a group throwing out ideas in every direction but then stepping back and sorting these ideas in a nice n' tidy spreadsheet. As a leader, I view my position as a facilitator for creativity and do my best to make sure my team members are able to use their unique skills.
