Hi, I'm Caroline, but everyone calls me Carlee. I am a senior at Montana State University majored in Business with an emphasis on Global Marketing. I am interested in B2C marketing, creating brand experiences, cultural differences in consumer behavior, and human-centered design. I have experience working with large corporations such as Samsung and Google, small- to medium-sized businesses in Montana, and internationally-focused non-profits.

I am a dancin' globe trotter. I was born in Kenya but lived in Tanzania, Colorado, Hawaii, and South Korea. My education has taken me to Washington, Montana, Turkey, Sweden, Turkey, Japan, and New York. I enjoy navigating new cultures and am adaptable to wherever in the world I might find myself.

I am a straddler between the left- and right-brain. I love to brainstorm with a group throwing out ideas in every direction but then stepping back and sorting these ideas in a nice n' tidy spreadsheet. As a leader, I view my position as a facilitator for creativity and do my best to make sure my team members are able to use their unique skills.
